What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of greenfield systems within the Account Intelligence team, from data modelling to production.
• Develop low-latency, massively scalable backend solutions capable of handling millions of requests per minute.
• Implement new product features using NodeJS, TypeScript, and various database technologies.
• Drive technical direction and architecture discussions across engineering and product teams.
• Mentor teammates and lift the overall design capability of the engineering organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience solving complex backend problems.
• Strong proficiency in data modelling and experience with both SQL and NoSQL storage solutions.
• Proven track record of designing system architectures from the ground up based on product requirements.
• Experience with AWS services (Kubernetes, Lambda, S3, EC2) and containerization.
• Exposure to highly scalable architectures and infrastructure as code.
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with NodeJS and TypeScript.
