What you will do

• Track global product compliance legislation using industry forums, webinars, and external software.
• Maintain product compliance data management workflows to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Inform Product Line Management, Component Engineering, and Development teams about new or changing regulations.
• Lead and execute small to medium-sized projects within the product compliance domain.
• Review and release policies and work instructions related to the design of compliant products.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure all products meet necessary requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in compliance or materials management.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance for electronic equipment.
• Deep knowledge of global requirements including RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Safety, Wireless, and EMC.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is required.
• Must be located in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP and SharePoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex regulations.
