What you will do

• Shape the product vision and long-term strategy for Merchant Services, owning the full lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
• Create and manage a strategic product roadmap, defining success metrics and ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and partners to launch and iteratively optimize products.
• Partner with stakeholders to co-develop solutions that drive growth, marketing efficiency, and automation.
• Leverage data to assess risks, impacts, and priorities for informed business decision-making.
• Integrate AI tools and capabilities into product features to enhance merchant and user experiences.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience building high-impact products in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Deep understanding of business strategy and the ability to translate it into product decisions.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience using AI productivity tools (LLMs, copilots).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional setup.

Nice to have

• Background in logistics, e-commerce, marketplace, or merchant-facing products.
• Experience managing and influencing global stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and integration-heavy product environments.
