What you will do

• Build user cohorts and targeted audiences for CRM campaigns, product communications, and UX research.
• Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to define campaign audiences and validate targeting logic.
• Analyze behavioral patterns and lifecycle signals to support CRM and retention initiatives.
• Develop structured analytical logic using transactional, marketing, and product data from large-scale datasets.
• Contribute to reporting and dashboarding for CRM performance and customer cohorts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing, or Product Analytics within digital products.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Proven experience combining multiple data sources to build customer segments.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
• English level B2 or higher.
