Business Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (Fintech): Supporting strategic products and consumer business growth with an accent on data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and operational excellence. Focus on building business cases, analyzing unit economics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch and optimize customer-facing crypto products.

Location: Hybrid role based in our Malta office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week

What you will do

• Analyze business performance across key metrics including revenue, margin, retention, and conversion.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize opportunities, and support feature delivery.
• Build dashboards and reports to diagnose issues and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases for new products, markets, and customer propositions.
• Coordinate product launches across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Malta office four days per week.
• Experience in business analysis, product analytics, strategy, or fintech/crypto sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business modeling, unit economics, and data analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data and customer insights into clear product recommendations.
• Strong product judgment and interest in building customer-facing products.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
