What you will do

• Act as the primary link between data-centric reference architectures (e.g., NATO DCRA, Digital Backbone) and technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance on data mesh, data spaces, data-as-a-product, and federated data catalogues.
• Define hirify.global-wide data architecture principles, semantic models, APIs, and governance services.
• Support product teams in applying data-centric principles to concrete solution architectures and roadmaps.
• Represent the company in international interoperability networks and standardization forums.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Architect, Enterprise Architect, Senior System Engineer, or Technical Product Manager.
• Expertise in designing data-intensive systems (C2, ISR, AI platforms) or implementing data-centric patterns.
• Knowledge of data governance, Zero Trust security, and semantic modelling (ontologies, metadata standards).
• Experience with API-driven architectures and model-driven approaches (MDA).
• Fluency in Swedish (both verbal and written) is essential.
• Must be able to pass a security vetting process according to current regulations.
