What you will do

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and target states aligned with business strategies.
• Govern the enterprise IT portfolio to ensure long-term architectural integrity and fact-based decision-making.
• Own and operationalize the Technology Change Agenda to prioritize and sequence technology initiatives.
• Lead the development of enterprise architecture as a strategic, enterprise-wide capability.
• Ensure alignment between divisional roadmaps and enterprise architectural direction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and represent architecture in executive governance forums.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stockholm, hirify.globalen, or Düsseldorf.
• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or large-scale technology transformation.
• Proven experience in digital transformations within matrix or federated organizations.
• Broad expertise across applications, platforms, data, integration, and security.
• Experience leading enterprise-level or cross-divisional transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to executive or board-level forums.
