What you will do

• Apply corporate design guidelines consistently across digital and print media.
• Design, refine, and adapt templates, layouts, typography, and final artwork for different platforms.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready files for digital and print formats.
• Edit and enhance images through retouching, compositing, and optimization.
• Create visual content for branding, advertising, brochures, product packaging, and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate on digital content creation and align visuals with marketing objectives and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Professional experience in graphic design supported by a strong portfolio of illustrations, layouts, and other design work.
• Solid knowledge of composition, form, color theory, and other graphic design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to create structured and visually appealing presentations.
• Practical knowledge of design for both print and digital media, with attention to detail and precision.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Degree in design, marketing, fine arts, or a related field.
• Technical product understanding.
• Familiarity with Lightroom, Acrobat Pro, or other design tools.
• Knowledge of German or Italian.
