What you will do

• Redraw and format manuscript figures and PowerPoint presentation graphics using Adobe Illustrator.
• Build scientific posters in Adobe InDesign by transferring and arranging content from PowerPoint or Word.
• Apply client, scientific communications, and editorial revisions using Adobe Acrobat.
• Format and enhance client deliverables while following journal, congress, print, and digital submission requirements.
• Collaborate with Creative Solutions, Scientific Communications, Editorial, Client Services, and Program Services teams.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or a related field, or equivalent graphic design experience.
• At least 2 years of design industry experience; scientific communications or publications design experience is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Basic skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of layout, graphics fundamentals, brand development, and creative processes.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, problem-solving, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in scientific communications or publications design.
• Interest in learning new deliverable types and creative skills.
