TL;DR
Graphic Designer (Creative Agency): Managing and producing visual assets, typography, logos, interfaces, and interactive solutions for advertising campaigns, websites, apps, and digital activations with an accent on visual direction, branding, and cross-platform execution. Focus on developing creative concepts, solving design challenges, and collaborating with photographers, videographers, and multidisciplinary teams in Shanghai.
Location: Shanghai, China; on-site. Candidates must be eligible to work in China.

What you will do
- Manage projects from planning and design through execution and delivery.
- Develop assets, typography, logos, icons, and interfaces for multiple platforms.
- Create visual directions and concepts for advertising campaigns.
- Design and produce interactive solutions for websites, apps, digital activations, and other digital media.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget.
- Apply innovative solutions to design challenges and maintain knowledge of current technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in design.
- 1+ years of experience in an advertising agency.
- Portfolio demonstrating advertising design across ATL and digital campaigns.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to work with photographers and videographers during production.
- Understanding of street culture, aesthetics, and branding.
Nice to have
- Fashion industry experience.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D design applications such as After Effects or Cinema 4D.
