What you will do

• Act as Air Cargo Security Officer, overseeing Known Consignor regulations, access controls, and aviation authority audits.
• Set up and manage TRM (Duty of Care/ISO 31030) policies, risk assessments, and emergency processes.
• Plan and conduct internal security inspections across subsidiaries and track remediation.
• Regulate transport security for high-value shipments in coordination with the Logistics department.
• Monitor test money management in Munich, ensuring chain-of-custody and anomaly detection.
• Review tenders and customer contracts to define security requirements and supplier assurance.

Requirements

• University degree in security management, criminology, business, engineering, or IT.
• Professional experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or intelligence.
• Strong technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Very good command of German and English.
• Willingness to work from the Munich office (>60% presence).
• Availability for occasional international travel.
