Solutions Lead (AWS/Azure)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end solution design process from early concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Own and lead solution responses for RFIs, ITTs, and tenders, working closely with bid and sales teams.
• Facilitate solution workshops with technical architects, engineering leads, and UCD SMEs to define integrated, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to internal projects to develop new digital propositions and capabilities.
• Present and articulate solution designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships to align business needs with innovative technological solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Solution Lead, or similar role within the IT services industry.
• Proficiency in both AWS and Azure cloud platform services and solutions.
• Experience in pre-sales, specifically developing winning solutions for bids and tender processes.
• Ability to document and define proposed solution designs and create detailed solution diagrams.
• Eligible for Security Clearance (UK residency requirement).
• Experience working with public sector clients is highly desirable.
