What you will do

  • Lead system integration and validation activities for BMS functions across EV platforms.
  • Integrate Li-ion battery systems (NMC, LFP, LMFP) and coordinate with vehicle networks, ECUs, and high-voltage architecture.
  • Develop and maintain validation plans and test strategies at component, HIL, and vehicle levels.
  • Analyze vehicle logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Support AC/DC charging validation and failure mode analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in EV/HEV Battery Management Systems, integration, or validation.
  • Strong understanding of BMS architecture, HV systems, and battery technologies (NMC, LFP, LMFP).
  • Hands-on experience with CAN logging, UDS, DTC analysis, ECU flashing, and calibration.
  • Proficiency with automotive tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, or ETAS.
  • Familiarity with ISO 26262 from a validation perspective.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
