What you will do

• Implement software components for a complex tax administration system according to design specifications.
• Perform system integration, unit testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with Project Stakeholders to estimate efforts and ensure predictable delivery timelines.
• Provide technical input for product roadmaps and participate in incident analysis and prioritization.
• Support and optimize CI/CD processes to enhance deployment efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Framework and Quarkus.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and messaging tools (Kafka, ActiveMQ).
• English: B2+ proficiency required for confident communication with distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in Angular front-end development.
• Proficiency in German or Swiss German.
