What you will do

• Manage customer requests and enquiries primarily in French, directing clients to appropriate services and trainings.
• Coordinate the project delivery lifecycle, including resource staffing and deadline tracking.
• Support the sales process through the management of electronic proposals and signatures.
• Maintain administrative data accuracy within Salesforce, DocuSign, and Rocketlane.
• Issue purchase orders and track activity KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French.
• Professional proficiency in English for occasional communication.
• Experience interacting with clients within the financial services sector.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous topics, identifying risks and priorities.
• Competence in coordinating individuals of various backgrounds and seniority levels.
