What you will do

• Coordinate RFx activities (RFI, RFQ, RFP), including preparation, evaluation support, and award documentation.
• Support sourcing timelines, milestones, and trackers across multiple indirect categories.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather sourcing requirements and clarify demand.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyse spend and supplier data to support sourcing decisions.
• Maintain accurate sourcing and supplier records in SAP and support vendor master data changes.
• Facilitate collaboration between Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Business teams.

Requirements

• French speaking required.
• Expert negotiation and contract management skills.
