What you will do

• Lead day-to-day procurement activities, including sourcing, bid evaluation, and purchase order management.
• Enforce adherence to procurement governance models, ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and Export Control regulations.
• Translate strategic category strategies into executable operational plans.
• Supervise the entire PR-PO workflow to ensure efficient cycle times and proper documentation.
• Manage supplier interfaces, lead performance reviews, and resolve critical delivery issues.
• Oversee E2E procurement contracts and track SCM performance KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong background in ERP-based procurement environments such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with export control, DGSM, and defense procurement governance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, AE

• Professional certifications such as CIPS Level 5–6, CPSM, or CSCP.
