What you will do

  • Provide first-line technical support for hearing devices, accessories, and apps via phone and email.
  • Guide end users on the safe and confident use of hearing aids and connectivity solutions.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving Bluetooth, iOS, Android, and PC pairing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hirify.global Hearing product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Product Management to resolve complex cases.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support for connected devices and mobile apps.
  • Working knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to follow structured troubleshooting flows and maintain accurate case notes.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Bicester, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Hearing Care industry.
