What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and the company portal.
- Log and resolve customer queries accurately using the CRM system.
- Perform the setup of tracking equipment, covering both software and hardware components.
- Assist customers in retrieving CCTV footage via the internal portal.
- Schedule engineer visits and provide technical guidance to field engineers when required.
Requirements
- Professional and confident communication skills with a patient and polite demeanor.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to new systems quickly and work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Must be able to work on-site in Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Nice to have
- Experience in customer-facing, technical support, or software support roles.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring or a strong interest in electrical engineering.
