What you will do

• Lead and implement Continuous Improvement projects using Lean and Lean Six Sigma initiatives to drive KPI improvements.
• Act as a change agent to drive cultural transformation and adoption of process improvement practices.
• Manage business improvement projects, including data analysis, preparation, planning, and change management.
• Partner with department managers to develop and deploy the hirify.global Operating System (VOS) strategy.
• Conduct site analysis, establish process baselines, and perform financial analysis.
• Lead facility-wide VOS communications, education, and training.

Requirements

• Proven track record of operational execution and experience leading diverse teams toward shared objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced spreadsheets and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence positive change and lead without formal authority in a matrix environment.
• Systems thinking approach to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
