What you will do

• Process credit card payments accurately using Tebra.
• Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts.
• Reconcile patient accounts and resolve financial discrepancies.

• Follow up on outstanding balances and payment issues.
• Coordinate with billing and administrative teams to maintain updated records.

Requirements

• Experience working with Tebra (required or strongly preferred).
• Background in medical billing or healthcare administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
• Ability to work Night Shift (EST).
