What you will do

• Lead and develop the CFC team, overseeing end-to-end planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
• Own CFC governance, ensuring consistency in cost classification, reporting, and controls across the organization.
• Deliver consolidated performance insights and executive reporting for the CFO and Executive Committee.
• Act as a senior finance partner to functional leadership and HR to align financials with headcount planning.
• Drive finance transformation, process simplification, and automation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and financial policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or FP&A.
• Proven experience leading teams within a matrix organization.
• Strong cost management mindset and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling business stories.
• Experience in finance transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for an international environment.
