What you will do

• Support the development, testing, and maintenance of MES, factory applications, and automation workflows.
• Contribute to practical AI, GenAI, data analytics, and computer vision use cases to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to improve software delivery and documentation quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and factory stakeholders to identify and resolve operational pain points.
• Assist with coding, debugging, unit testing, and technical documentation for factory digital tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic programming experience in C#, .NET, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of SQL, databases, APIs, version control, and system integration.
• Good English communication skills for reading technical documents and basic written/spoken interaction.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Wuxi, China facility.
