What you will do

• Develop high-performance software modules using Python, C, and C++ incorporating cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Build and optimize software quality measurement and tracking systems for AI-driven software.
• Implement key components for video codecs and video processing pipelines.
• Perform performance analysis, tuning, and optimization of media drivers across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) within agentic frameworks.
• Create automated validation tools, conduct system debugging, and perform integration.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in software development for Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficiency in Python, C, and C++ with strong adherence to coding standards.
• Relevant industry experience and a strong interest in AI technologies.
• Must be able to work on-site in Shanghai, China.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of video encoding/decoding and video processing technologies.
