What you will do
- Handle high-volume emails regarding order status, shipping updates, and general product inquiries.
- Manage Shopify Chat to provide real-time assistance to customers and drive sales conversions.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain a high satisfaction rating.
Requirements
- Exceptional written English proficiency with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
- Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Must be based in Central Luzon, Central Visayas, or Davao Region, Philippines.
- Patient and positive "can-do" attitude.
Nice to have
- Previous experience using Shopify.
