Credit Analyst

TL;DR

Credit Analyst (Finance/OTC): Managing the sales-to-cash flow process and monitoring portfolio performance with an accent on risk assessment and DSO optimization. Focus on executing credit policies, resolving customer queries, and coordinating with sales and AR teams to ensure cash flow stability.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days on site in Avilés, Spain)

What you will do

• Monitor assigned portfolio performance, anticipate potential issues, and implement remedial actions to drive cash flow.
• Manage the end-to-end Credit Cash Collection process, including risk assessment and credit limit reviews.
• Execute the Delegation of Authority (DOA) and ensure compliance with the Global Credit Policy (GCP).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and AR teams to improve customer Past Due performance.
• Handle customer queries, manage order releases, and oversee new customer creation.
• Utilize SAP and the Get Paid System for collection activities and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in Credit, Customer Service, or other functions within the OTC process.
• Business proficiency in English AND either French or German is required.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Avilés, Spain (hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in a third language such as German, French, Italian, or Ukrainian.
