What you will do
- Lead the planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected and yield enhancement strategies.
- Develop product roadmaps and iteration plans based on market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, quantitative analysts, and risk management to ensure product delivery.
- Implement data-driven strategies to drive AUM growth and optimize user acquisition and retention.
- Analyze crypto market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with quantitative teams to define pricing models and risk frameworks for new offerings.
Requirements
- Current right to work in Hong Kong (no sponsorship provided).
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in mathematics, economics, or quantitative fields.
- English: C1 (Excellent written and verbal communication).
- Strong proficiency in product design, project management, and data analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience trading or designing options and structured products at a financial institution or crypto exchange.
- CFA, FRM, or equivalent financial certification.
