What you will do

• Influence C-level executives and stakeholders through technical leadership and solution strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor for the architecture and adoption of the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
• Contribute to the technical community via workshops, seminars, and customer-facing collateral.

Requirements

• Business professional fluency in Japanese is required.
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing (DWH), or Machine Learning/AI.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales and managing complex customer interaction lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL and a willingness to learn Spark.
• Hands-on expertise with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Ability to travel 30-40% to Tokyo offices and customer sites.
