TL;DR

Senior Consultant, Consumer and Shopper Insights (Consulting): Delivering growth through market research, consumer insights, and advanced analytics with an accent on Shopper Insights, Usage & Attitudes (U&A), and Segmentation. Focus on shaping high-impact client proposals, leading complex regional engagements, and standardizing delivery excellence across the APAC region.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, or the Philippines

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape client proposals and solution narratives for Shopper and Segmentation engagements.
  • Lead complex, high-visibility cross-market engagements to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Define standards for execution quality, synthesis, and storytelling across APAC markets.
  • Develop playbooks and templates for repeatable ways of working.
  • Participate in client workshops and executive reviews as a senior insights practitioner.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in market research, consumer & shopper insights, or advisory roles.
  • Proven expertise in Shopper Insights, Usage & Attitudes (U&A), and Segmentation.
  • Must be based in a Southeast Asia market (Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, or the Philippines).
  • Experience driving impact across multi-market or regional environments, preferably within APAC.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior and executive levels.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of retail and trade channels, and ecommerce, especially within the FMCG context.
  • Experience shaping shopper narratives, channel strategies, and advanced measurement methodologies using tech.
