What you will do
- Conduct social compliance assessments according to procedures and client field instructions.
- Perform on-site assessments and collaborate with co-assessors, coordinators, trainers, and administrative colleagues.
- Prepare accurate reports according to and client protocols and timelines.
- Maintain knowledge of local labor laws, international labor standards, human rights issues, and assessment procedures.
- Protect confidential information and uphold company policies on integrity, bribery prevention, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- APSCA CSCA qualification required.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, customer service, business, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet research, reporting, and analysis tools.
- High personal and professional integrity, cultural awareness, and ability to handle sensitive information and difficult conversations.
Nice to have
- Chinese language skills.
- SMETA, SLCP, BSCI, RBA, WRAP, Higg, or equivalent auditor certification.
- Knowledge of international and local labor standards and human rights issues.
