What you will do

• Conduct social compliance assessments based on hirify.global procedures and specific client Field Instructions (FI).
• Deliver high-quality audit reports according to established protocols and timelines.
• Maintain expert knowledge of local labor laws and hirify.global social compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with co-assessors during on-site assessments and the reporting process.
• Adhere to strict integrity and confidentiality policies, specifically regarding bribery and schedule leakage.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment.
• APSCA CSCA certification.
• Based in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Good command of written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of international and local labor standards and human rights issues.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Auditor Certification in SMETA, SLCP, BSCI, RBA, WRAP, Higg or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Chinese language.
