What you will do
- Build, enhance, and maintain internal business applications including CRM, ATS, and HR platforms.
- Develop and support Azure-based solutions and system integrations using APIs and automation tools.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure systems to support organizational operations.
- Assist with the adoption of Microsoft Fabric and modern data solutions.
- Collaborate with department managers and senior leaders to provide technical recommendations.
- Take ownership of key systems and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- 5+ years of experience in platform, systems, cloud, or application engineering.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
- Proven ability to deliver technology projects from requirements through to implementation.
- Experience with systems integration, APIs, and automation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Fabric experience.
- SharePoint or Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Exposure to cloud migration or digital transformation projects.
- Experience within SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
