What you will do

• Own NetSuite development supporting month-end close, including SuiteScript routines, workflows, and reports.
• Translate complex finance and accounting requirements into robust, well-designed SuiteScript solutions.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from scoping and FRD/TRD input to testing and production deployment.
• Build and maintain SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, and customisations within a multi-subsidiary OneWorld structure.
• Partner with global Finance and Systems teams to ensure platform coherence and architectural alignment.
• Mentor junior team members and establish high standards for code review, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience with deep expertise in SuiteScript 2.x.
• Strong proficiency in SuiteFlow, saved searches, and SuiteQL.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, including journals, sub-ledgers, revenue recognition, and intercompany eliminations.
• Proven experience supporting Finance teams through month-end close processes.
• Ability to own mid-sized projects end-to-end, including UAT support and production deployment.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to work asynchronously across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld in multi-currency/multi-subsidiary environments.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript-adjacent tools like Celigo, BigQuery, Stripe, or Shopify integrations.
• Prior experience working in distributed finance-systems teams.
