What you will do

• Migrate inventory, customer data, and financial records to Zoho One with minimal disruption.
• Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other applications for operational efficiency.
• Set up third-party integrations using Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make, or Pabbly Connect.
• Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflows.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and data security best practices.
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to team members.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Zoho One suite (CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Desk, Creator).
• Experience in complex data migration for retail or inventory-based businesses.
• Strong proficiency in automation tools and Deluge scripting.
• Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with e-commerce and payment gateways.
• Must be located in the Philippines (Metro Manila, Central Visayas, or Davao Region).

Nice to have

• Experience working with jewelry businesses or e-commerce brands.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial reconciliation.
