What you will do

• Prioritize high-impact opportunities where data and experimentation can guide marketing strategy.
• Design and evaluate marketing experiments including A/B tests, incrementality, and causal inference.
• Build models and analysis-ready datasets using SQL and Python or R.
• Create engaging presentations and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Automate recurring reporting to enable self-serve analytics across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 2–4 years of experience, or 5+ years in a comparable role.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, SQL, and Python or R.
• Experience working with complex, high-volume datasets in a production environment.
• Proven ability to frame business problems as analytical tasks and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence decisions with clear visuals.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics.
• Hands-on experience with uplift modeling and multi-channel attribution.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying ML concepts to automate analytics pipelines.
