Salary: PLN 12,600 gross monthly (Krakow and Poland locations; other locations discussed during interview)

What you will do

• Optimize products and services to enhance customer and internal experiences
• Research and propose new features and processes
• Perform data-driven analysis and translate insights into actionable outcomes

• Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver results while collaborating with global teams

Requirements

• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Graduated or graduating in 2025, 2026, or 2027 with a 2:1 or equivalent in a STEM subject
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for data
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027
• Ability to attend office at least 3 days per week in the country of employment (hybrid work format)

• Experience or internship in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fast-growing tech
