TL;DR
Tech Lead (Fullstack): Building and optimizing features that drive commercial growth for a business-critical financial SaaS platform with an accent on architectural integrity and technical delivery. What you will do
- Act as the technical authority within the product trio to ensure roadmap feasibility and scalability.
- Manage the technical delivery and roadmap for the Growth Team.
- Oversee architectural direction and lead initiatives to improve the .NET and Vue.js stack.
- Remain hands-on by developing features and solving complex technical challenges.
- Safeguard engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship of team members.
- Collaborate with other Tech Leads, the CTO, and Software Development Managers to align technical goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with mastery of the .NET ecosystem (C# and SQL Server).
- Proven experience in a lead or senior role managing technical roadmaps.
- Solid understanding of web, SPA, and component architecture, plus backend design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of web security, cross-browser compatibility, and RESTful API development.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to work on-site in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
