TL;DR

Salary: €45,000–€100,000 per year

What you will do

  • Ship new features for the Awareness product end-to-end.
  • Build and maintain robust backend systems serving millions of learners.
  • Organize the backend codebase and establish team engineering standards.
  • Research, pitch, and prototype solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Utilize AI tools like Claude Code and Codex daily to accelerate development and automation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Paris or willing to relocate.
  • 2+ years of professional experience building backend applications.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational data modeling.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI-first development workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute quickly without compromising quality.
  • Motivation to solve cybersecurity challenges at scale.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Elixir and Phoenix framework.
  • Background in Ruby, Python, or Go.
