What you will do

• Establish and lead the local Treasury function
• Maintain and monitor liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements
• Optimize deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet risk and return profiles
• Support CFO in capital and liquidity discussions with stakeholders including regulators and the Board
• Ensure operations and risk management comply with Group policies and strategic consistency
• Partner with Risk Management, Financial Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting teams
• Participate as a key member of the local Assets and Liabilities Committee

Requirements

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university in STEM, finance, or economics
• 10+ years experience in treasury roles at top banks, fintechs, or large-scale treasury operations
• Expertise in building treasury processes and controls
• Experience developing and leading teams
• Proven track record of driving new ideas with quantifiable business outcomes
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive approach

• Experience designing and implementing treasury function initiatives such as process optimisation and technology solutions
