Location: Offices in Barcelona, Krakow, Lisbon, Madrid; Remote work allowed from Poland, Porto, Portugal, and Spain.

Compensation: PLN 8,700–11,000 gross monthly (Poland locations)

What you will do

• Monitor quality and compliance of all sales interactions including phone calls, emails, and chats
• Provide feedback to sales agents based on quality scores and results
• Collaborate with sales trainers to create best-practice guides and facilitate training sessions

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Latvian
• At least 6 months experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role
• Proven diligence and high integrity standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills
