Location: Must be based in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman and available to work during U.S. business hours.

hirify.global is a professional services firm hiring on behalf of a growing U.S.-based company.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email to secure signed agreements.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by logging all customer activity and updating contract terms in Salesforce.
  • Ensure all customer accounts have valid, accurate, and fully executed documentation.
  • Manage billing operations, including AutoPay enrollment and collections support.
  • Deliver daily performance reports on outreach activity and contract execution metrics.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in contract administration, customer operations, or billing.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and DocuSign.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and objection handling.
  • Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with recurring revenue (RMR) models and collections.
  • Background in SaaS or service-based industries.
