What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding relationship for multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Configure platform settings and facilitate system integrations to ensure full operational readiness.
• Train customers on software features, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance on API and integration workflows to connect the platform with existing customer systems.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to enhance onboarding consistency and operational efficiency.
• Identify technical blockers and collaborate with product and support teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or technical account management.
• Strong understanding of API concepts and integration workflows.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, automotive, logistics, or transportation industries.
• Experience working in a remote-first environment.
• Fluency in Spanish.
