What you will do
- Become an expert in the NuORDER web and iPad applications to provide high-quality technical and non-technical support.
- Troubleshoot and replicate bugs or application issues reported by clients.
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer tickets via email, chat, and phone channels.
- Provide guidance on application features and configuration to VIP clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes and resolution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an analytic, customer service, or SaaS/technology-related role.
- Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product support.
- Ability to analyze and manipulate data in Excel to identify data issues.
- Understanding of data integration principles, including API and FTP.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
