What you will do

  • Become an expert in the NuORDER web and iPad applications to provide high-quality technical and non-technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and replicate bugs or application issues reported by clients.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming customer tickets via email, chat, and phone channels.
  • Provide guidance on application features and configuration to VIP clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer outcomes and resolution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytic, customer service, or SaaS/technology-related role.
  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product support.
  • Ability to analyze and manipulate data in Excel to identify data issues.
  • Understanding of data integration principles, including API and FTP.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of B2B eCommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising principles.
