What you will do

  • Become an expert in the NuORDER web and iPad applications to provide comprehensive technical guidance.
  • Troubleshoot and replicate application bugs or issues reported by clients.
  • Manage high volumes of incoming customer tickets via email, chat, and phone.
  • Interact professionally with VIP clients to ensure high-quality service outcomes.
  • Analyze data issues and assist customers with configuration and integration queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve platform processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytic, customer service, or SaaS-related role.
  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product support.
  • Strong understanding of data integration principles, including API and FTP.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
