What you will do
- Become an expert in the NuORDER web and iPad applications to provide comprehensive technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot and replicate application bugs or issues reported by clients.
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer tickets via email, chat, and phone.
- Interact professionally with VIP clients to ensure high-quality service outcomes.
- Analyze data issues and assist customers with configuration and integration queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve platform processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an analytic, customer service, or SaaS-related role.
- Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product support.
- Strong understanding of data integration principles, including API and FTP.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
