What you will do

• Conduct weekly research on HR and workplace trends to support content ideation.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of third-party statistics for team use.
• Assist with blog and resource publishing, including formatting and light copy edits.
• Coordinate content intake and maintain up-to-date workflows and documentation.
• Prepare slides for sales enablement and internal presentations.
• Support performance reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or accredited college program.
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Interest in content marketing, journalism, or communications.
• Highly organized with experience managing documentation and systems.
• Ability to work full-time for the duration of the 4- or 8-month term.
