What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with paid media agencies to ensure high-quality execution.
• Develop and optimize search strategies to improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Implement and optimize automated bidding strategies like tCPA and tROAS.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain performance reporting and dashboards.
• Champion automation, AI, and measurement innovations to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Paid Search with exposure to broader performance media channels.
• Deep understanding of search and biddable principles, including tCPA and tROAS.
• Experience with bid management and analytics tools such as Search Ads 360.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of turning trends into actionable insights.
• Understanding of SEO principles and international/global media landscapes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders without authority.
