What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls to existing leads and applicants.
• Guide individuals through the enrollment process for government meal programs.
• Provide accurate information and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Follow established call scripts and intake procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions.
• Schedule follow-ups and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and/or Spanish is preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls on a daily basis.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow strict procedures.
• Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST).
