What you will do

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Screen potential clients to determine if they meet the firm's intake criteria.
• Document client information accurately within the CRM or case management system.
• Coordinate consultations and route qualified leads to the legal team.
• Follow up with leads to gather missing information and provide process updates.
• Collaborate with the legal team to streamline the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or call center environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet home office.
• Availability to work EST business hours.
