Principal Cloud Engineer (Azure, AI)

What you will do

• Design and lead cloud architectures on Azure, including networking, security, and serverless solutions.
• Own the infrastructure for AI-powered platforms, including RAG systems and LLM integrations.
• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Lead the mentoring framework within the Chapter to guide senior engineers.
• Ensure technical quality of proposals and RFP responses for clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to productionize ML/LLM solutions with an MLOps mindset.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments.
• Proven expertise in designing IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience in technical presales, client engagement, and proposal writing.
• Fluent English (mandatory) for daily international collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and observability tools.
• Software development background (Python, Go, or .NET).
