What you will do

• Own and operate multi-cloud infrastructure for the hirify.global Agentic RAG product across various regions.
• Design and run production-grade platforms using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps principles.
• Scale and secure global Kubernetes environments (GKE, EKS, AKS) to support high-availability workloads.
• Implement and maintain secure zero-trust networking and identity models across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and automate operational tasks using Python or Go.
• Mentor engineers and establish infrastructure standards, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven experience running Kubernetes in production (GKE, EKS, AKS), including scaling and observability.
• Solid experience with AWS and/or GCP core networking, compute, and storage services.
• Experience with GitOps-based workflows and tools such as ArgoCD.
• Ability to automate operational tasks using Python or Go.
• Must be based in Spain

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, including GPU-based workloads.
• Exposure to cloud cost optimization and governance.
• Experience with security posture or compliance tooling.
• Contributions to open-source or community infrastructure projects.
