Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via email and phone, providing bilingual support in English and Spanish
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Adapt to a dynamic startup environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
• Efficiently manage caseloads and follow up with customers in a timely manner
• Support other organizational areas as needed while meeting company performance standards

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
• Located in or able to work from Lindon, Utah office Monday-Thursday with remote Fridays
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience or equivalent college experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Confident, professional, and empathetic communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in high-stress situations
